This little illustration is in memory of Tuna (he could still be alive, but he looked pretty wise with age when he was patrolling our (his) neighborhood 8 years ago)
Tuna was a neighbor cat from an apartment we had in college. He owned the neighborhood, making is rounds checking everything out, and like clockwork he'd always show up to run in our door (whether we liked it or not) do a 30 second run through the kitchen and then wait by the door for some tuna.
(And his people actually did name him Tuna)

PNG Bird
This is in honor of a little orphaned bird in PNG that I had the privilege to hold. He's being featured or at least making a cameo in some current pieces.

Falling in Love
First scratch-board piece. I love how it feels, it mimics the hand movements of pencil sketching while creating that bold crisp quality you can get from a woodblock print. This may be the beginning of something special.
